Here you can determine the resulting shipping costs.

After sending your bank details and a corresponding direct debit authorization, the service provider Paypal will collect the invoice amount from your account. Please ensure that you enter your bank details correctly and that your account has sufficient funds. A PayPal account is not required to use this payment method. Please note: PayPal carries out a credit check during the ordering process. We are not informed of the result of this credit check. We also have no influence on the decision as to whether the purchase by direct debit is possible for you! Germany: The shipping costs depend on the value of the goods. You will find a list below. Abroad: The shipping costs are based on the shipping weight of the shipment. The shipping weight is specified for each item. Unless another period is specified in the item description, the goods are delivered in Germany within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad 2-3 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after receipt of payment). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

For some large volume items, the shipping weight may be significantly higher than the actual weight as shipping services such as UPS calculate shipping costs based on dimensional weight.

Shipping costs outside the EU

If you have not yet registered in our shop, all amounts (item price, shipping costs) including German VAT (19%) will be displayed. Customers outside the EU will only see the correct amounts (excluding VAT) once they have logged into the shop and entered their country!

Shipping to a third country (Switzerland)

If the place of delivery of the goods ordered is outside the EU in a third country, you will not be charged any VAT in the purchase contract. The shipping service provider UPS takes care of customs clearance for you. A fee for customs clearance and the post-calculated value-added tax of your country of delivery will be invoiced to you in a separate invoice.

2. Payment Information

2.1 PayPalPlus

PayPal payments You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. To do this, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (except for guest access). You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Paypal Plus After placing your order, you will receive an email from Paypal with the required bank details. In this case, please transfer the invoice amount to Paypal, not to us! A PayPal account is not required for this payment method. 2.2 Amazon Payments

If you select the Amazon Payments payment method, you will be forwarded directly to Amazon Payments. If you are already an Amazon customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to Amazon, you can create an Amazon account and then confirm the payment. As soon as you have confirmed the payment on Amazon, you will automatically be taken back to our site where you can place your order. With the confirmation of the payment at Amazon only a reservation of the amount takes place. The amount will not be collected until we confirm the shipment of the goods. If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your Amazon account.

2.3 Installment purchase via Paypal

You pay the invoice amount in monthly installments via the online provider PayPal. A credit check is carried out by PayPal during the ordering process. You can only use this payment method after a positive check. You do not need a PayPal account for this, just your bank details. It is then possible to link the installment payment to your existing PayPal account. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

2.4 Sofortüberweisung

We also offer direct transfer. We receive the transfer credit immediately after the purchase. This accelerates the entire order process. All you need is your account number, sort code, PIN and TAN. Sofortüberweisung.de uses the secure Payment Network AG payment form, which is not accessible to us as a retailer, to automatically and in real time transfer a transfer to your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the retailer's bank account.

Our service is free for you as a customer, only the fees (transfer fee) of your house bank apply. If you choose the payment method Sofortüberweisung, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank account. In addition, the transfer amount and purpose are already displayed in the form. You now have to select the country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when registering for online banking. Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Right after you receive confirmation of receipt.

In principle, every Internet user can use the direct transfer as a payment method if he has an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that instant transfer is not yet available at a few banks. 2.5 Prepayment

If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in our confirmation of receipt email and will deliver your order to you after receipt of payment. 2.6 Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is only possible within Germany. You pay directly to the deliverer upon receipt of the goods. This DHL service is charged at €5.60. We offer you numerous payment methods that do not incur any fees. We therefore advise against choosing cash on delivery.
